  • How does Ava work?

    Ava is a customer service platform which can be deployed on web, SMS and telephony channels. It provides a seamless customer experience, allowing customers to ask questions and receive answers automatically on the WEB, SMS or Telephony channels. Coupled with Contact Center, Ava can also connect customers to a live agent.

  • What is Contact Center?

    Contact center is our live agent offering. Ava digital assistants can host the channel (Voice, Web or SMS) and transfer the caller to a live agent. Ava is present in the channel till an agent receives the call or contact.

  • Does Ava require Contact Center?

    Depends on your need. Ava is our digital assistant deployed on any Chat channel answering questions, taking messages etc. Contact Center extends Ava chat offerings by connecting to a live agent. In that sense they are complimentary and work with each other.

  • What should a business do to deploy Ava?

    Ava can quickly learn your business's knowledgebase from your website, and any additional FAQs, content, and processes that your business associates provide. We then train Ava on your content and deploy it in the channels of your choice. Finally, we monitor and further train Ava through our managed business services to ensure consistent customer interactions.

  • Which channels and language(s) does Ava support? Is Ava available worldwide?

    Ava currently supports US English only. Ava is available world-wide for the Web channel. SMS and Telephone channels are currently limited to US only.

  • How quickly Ava can be deployed?

    Ava can be deployed in as little as one week for a basic Q&A web channel. Actual duration varies based on the availability of content and requirements.

  • How much does Ava cost?

    Ava is built for small businesses. Ava is offered in three packages - Starter, PRO and Enterprise. There is a low fixed monthly fee and pay as you go for overages. Digital Assistant design may incur professional services fee.

  • Is there a demo or trial offered?
